Here I will show you how to setup Gmail POP3 settings quickly, and that will help you to merge your Gmail account with another email account like outlook. When you want all your emails from different mail accounts in a single account or application, you need to configure and setup the POP3 settings. If you want to access your Gmail emails in the Outlook, then you will have to add a new account in the Outlook settings and then have to input various Gmail POP3 settings to complete the process. POP3 is not the only method to merge mail accounts; you can also do it with IMAP. So, setup your Gmail account with other mail accounts using Gmail POP3 settings listed below.

- Gmail POP server address: pop.gmail.com
- Gmail POP user name: Your Gmail address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Gmail POP password: Your Gmail password
- Gmail POP port: 995
- Gmail POP TLS/SSL required: yes
Important instruction: To make above Gmail POP3 settings to work, you have to enable POP option from your Gmail account. Go to settings and select “Enable POP for all mail” as shown as below image.
