Today I like share post about how to make Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 run faster. Windows 8 is faster than the older version of Windows but I also found some tips that help you to make Windows 8 super faster. Ofcource Windows 8 boot very faster compared to other version of Windows but there are lots of settings and tweaks to make Windows 8 faster than faster. So here I found some tips and tricks that help you to increase your Windows 8 and 8.1 performances.

Tip 2: Disable Unused Animations And Shadows
In Windows there are default animation and shadows enable that shows you eye candy effects and animations. So first disable this shadows and animation, you will see the difference instantly by disabling this animations.
Open RUN (Win Logo + R) and type “sysdm.cpl” and Enter.
Click Advance tab.
Click Settings, preset in Performance section.
In Visual Effects tab, Uncheck following options.
- Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing
- Fade or slide menus into view
- Fade or slide ToolTips into view
Tip 3: Manage Startup Programs
There are many programs running automatically after starting Windows 8. In Windows 8, you will now manage your programs by enable or disable.
So first go to Task Manager and Click Startup tab. Then Disable programs that contain the high startup impact.
Tip 4: Use Windows Defender Only
There are lots of antivirus and malware removal tool available on the web but I recommended to use only Windows Defender. Windows Defender is virus, spyware and malicious software removal tool that owned by Microsoft. So Windows Defender is best compare to other antivirus because its use less memory and low startup impact. Other antivirus software contains many high impact scripts that slow down your PC.
So use Windows Defender and update regular that helps you in your PC performance. Windows Defender includes firewall that block unwanted internet connection and protect your data.
Tip 5: Manage Power Plan Settings
There are three power plan settings available in Windows 8 power settings are Power Saver, Balance and High Performance.
Normally your PC running on balance power setting. In balance mode, your PC is running normally and save unused power. Balance mode is best for your battery life.
High Performance mode is used when you like to play games and other high impact programs because in high performance CPU running with full energy. But keep in your mind the high performance mode is reduce your battery life.
