How To Fix DNS Error 80710102
First of all open a browser and enter your router’s IP address in address bar (most of the default IP address is 192.168.1.1).
Now enter your username and password to access router. Then OK to see console application.
Click “Password” tab.
In Password tab you will see UPnP settings under router’s password settings.
Now select Disable under UPnP box and then click Save.
That’s it, now close your router’s console and restart your PlayStation. Now connect your PS to the internet.
