Solved: Ubuntu Internet Not Working

Last few days I’m working on Ubuntu internet not working issue in Ubuntu operating system. So I find information from the web and try it on Ubuntu. I also solved internet not working and wireless internet not working issues. Ubuntu is a world’s most popular free operating system. Ubuntu one of the best Linux distribution. Ubuntu is an open source software free to download. But there is internet not working. So use some tips and tricks to solve this issue. So follow the simple steps and solve this issue.

Solved: Ubuntu Internet Not Working

Method 1:

1. Open a terminal.

2. Copy “sudo lshw -C network” and paste in a terminal.

3. Click Post.

Method 2:

1. First open this file “sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/ath9k.conf“.

2. Now add this line “options ath9k nohwcrypt=1“.

Method 3:

1. Open a terminal.

2. Copy “$cd /etc/network” and paste in the terminal to open /etc/network folder.

3. Now edit the file interface code “$nano interfaces“.

4. Your interface files is look like this:

auto lo
 iface lo inet loopback
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.1.5
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.254

5. Now press Ctrl+X and “y” to save this file.

6. Do above process in “$edit /etc/resolv.con” and the file is look like:

nameserver 192.168.2.19

7. Now run “$/etc/init.d/networking restart” command line.

8. Run “$sudo reboot” command to reboot. That’s it.
